MoASSP Cancellation Policy for Event Attendance:
In the unfortunate event that you find yourself unable to attend an event, please reach out to one of our great office staff.
We are happy to work with you where we are able to. Please be advised that non-communicated cancellations will automatically be assessed in accordance with the Event Cancellation Policy below (unless otherwise noted within the individual event) :
- If you cancel your event registration 10 working days or more prior to the event, you will receive a full refund for the conference.
- Cancellations occurring within 10 working days and more than 24 hours from the start of the event will be charged the lesser of either 35% of the registration cost or a $99 fee.
- Cancellations that are done 24 hours prior to the start of the conference, at the start, or after the event has started will be charged the full registration.
- Requests for cancellations must be provided in writing. You may do this through email. Emails should be sent to moassp@moassp.org and must originate from the school or professional organization for which the registration is for.
Please note that in all instances, the 3% processing fee for purchases made with a credit card will not be refunded.
